Thursday – Effective Classroom Management, Elementary (Grades 6-12), by NJEA (Virtual)

Participants will explore successful strategies for motivating secondary students and explore techniques for handling challenging behaviors. We will discuss how to be a proactive classroom manager. We will also explore how to successfully communicate with parents. Finally, transition problems in the secondary classroom, as well as solutions, are discussed.
