Thursday – Productive Post Observation Conference, by NJEA, In Person @TEA Office

A key component of effective educator evaluation is the use of post-observation conferences. These conferences serve to reflect on the work of the teacher, and in an accountability system, are used to develop a shared understanding of an educator’s “score.” This workshop will focus on ways to improve the quality of the post-observation conference experience.
